When we say “Goodness Foundation,” we mean the Goodness Foundation Corp., a nonprofit private foundation and when we say Goodness Gifts, we mean Goodness Gifts, a registered trade name of Clonmeen LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Goodness Foundation Corp. and any other subsidiaries that exist now or will in the future and their affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents. We also refer to “Goodness Foundation Corp." as “we,” “us,” and “our.” When we refer to “Goodness Foundation Corp.,” we also mean its suppliers, vendors, and contractors.

When we say "Goodness Foundation Corp. sites" and "Goodness Gifts sites" we mean www.goodnessfc.org and www.goodnessgifts.com, any associated apps and all related functionality, services, and content offered by or for Goodness Foundation Corp. or Goodness Gifts through www.goodnessfc.org and www.goodnessgifts.com and any associated apps or the systems, servers, and networks used to make these sites available.

Prohibited Use and Activities

The following activities are prohibited; breaking any applicable state or federal laws; spamming or scamming the service or other users; harassment of any kind, hacking or tampering with Goodness Gifts sites or apps; or violating copyright laws. Blog comments with profanity, threats, lewdness, bigotry, hate speech, false information, or remarks that are malicious, degrading or offensive are prohibited and will be removed. Blog comments that are made for marketing purposes or to promote products or services are prohibited and will be deleted. The Goodness Foundation Corp. reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to any users who violate these terms.

Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content (text, original artwork, blog articles, logos) on Goodness Foundation Corp. is owned by us and protected by the United States and International copyright laws. Goodness Foundation Corp, www.goodnessfc.org and Goodness Gifts, www.goodnessgifts.com (and any other trademarks owned by these two entities), and their respective text, articles, designs, artwork and/or logos are either trademarks, registered trademarks or original artwork of Goodness Foundation Corp. or its subsidiary Goodness Gifts and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of the Goodness Foundation Corp. Furthermore, the Goodness Foundation Corp. retains all ownership rights to all original artwork as artistic works, including marketing, copyright and exhibition rights.

None of the materials and intellectual property described in these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, or transmitted in any form or by any means, including but not limited to, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, without the prior written permission of the Goodness Foundation Corp. Charitable Contributions

Goodness Foundation Corp. is a nonprofit private foundation. Goodness Gifts is a registered trade name of Clonmeen LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Goodness Foundation Corp. All profits will be used to support nonprofits, charities and direct charitable activities that are fully aligned with the mission of Goodness Foundation Corp.; i.e. nonprofits, charities and direct activities that support the causes specifically highlighted in the Goodness Foundation Corp. blog. The Goodness Foundation Corp. reserves the right to add or remove causes from this list. The actual percentage of the purchase price of any items purchased from www.goodnessgifts.com (less Shipping fees and taxes) that will be used to support charities will be at least ten-percent, if not more. The exact amounts given to support charitable causes and all company operating expenses will be listed on the annual reports each year. Goodness Foundation Corp. was founded in June 2026 and will issue an Annual Report every July with the first one being available on July 1, 2027. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information.

Depending on where you are located geographically, the applicable privacy law may mean you have certain rights regarding your personal information. We will abide by any state and federal laws pertaining to privacy rights.

We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make donations and/or purchases, such as your payment instrument number (such as a credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument. We may provide you with the option to register with us on our website, www.goodnessgifts.com or by using your existing social media account details, like your Facebook, Twitter, or other social media account. This information will not be shared with any third parties and will only be used by Goodness Gifts to communicate with you or to provide you with information. This information may include marketing information. Any emailed marketing information will include the option to opt out of receiving any more marketing emails. You also have the right to opt out of any marketing information sent to you via social media and any marketing information you receive via social media will include explicit instructions on how to opt out of receiving further marketing information. We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate our services. We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this agreement, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. Pricing, Payments and Shipping

All donations and purchases at www.goodnessfc.org and www.goodnessgifts.com must be made in US Dollars. Available payment methods will be listed on your “Checkout” page. Goodness Foundation Corp. and Goodness Gifts use Stripe.com for payment processing. All purchases are final. All purchases include a quality guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchased item, we will make it right or refund you if you notify us within thirty days of receiving your item. This guarantee applies to items received damaged or with manufacturing errors and does not cover buyer’s remorse or because an item was ordered in error. All prices listed on www.goodnessgifts.com are listed in US Dollars and do not include any applicable sales’ tax or shipping fees. We collect sales’ tax where we are obligated to do so. Any donations will not include tax. Shipping fees for orders that total $100.00 or less are between $6.99-$8.99. Orders with totals that exceed $100.00 ship for free.

Goodness Gifts currently only ships to addresses in the USA. Orders are shipped by third party suppliers. Most orders will arrive within one week, but some orders may take as long as 10-14 business days to arrive. If your order is delayed due to processing or shipping delays, you will be notified via email.

Promotional Codes

Occasionally promotional codes will be available. When these codes are available, they will be posted on www.goodnessfc.org and www.goodnessgifts.com or emailed directly to you. Promotional codes are limited in nature and may expire or be discontinued with or without notice. Promotional codes are invalid where prohibited by law. Promotional codes may not be copied, sold, or otherwise transferred. They are not redeemable for cash and are subject to cancellation or change at any time for any reason without notice. We reserve the right in our discretion to impose conditions on the offering of any promotional code.

Limitations of Liabilities and Disputes

Goodness Foundation Corp. and its subsidiary Clonmeen LLC (doing business as Goodness Gifts) are not responsible for damages you may suffer due to accessing our services. You agree to indemnify Goodness Foundation Corp. and Goodness Gifts and their affiliates and hold all harmless against legal claims and demands that may arise from your use of our content or services. In the event that a dispute arises, please contact Goodness Foundation Corp. to resolve the dispute via email, at info@goodnessfc.org.

Changes or Amendments to the Agreement

Our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy agreement is subject to change. If we change our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy agreement, we will post the revised Terms of Use and Privacy Policy agreement on our websites, www.goodnessfc.org and www.goodnessgifts.com. The new Terms of Use and Privacy Policy agreement will be effective immediately upon posting.
